The AIRTA members listed below have all achieved one or more
of the following statuses.

A Certified Imago Therapist is a psychiatrist, psychologist,
marriage therapist, family therapist, social worker, counsellor,
or other mental health professional,
who has completed
IRI’s
96 hours of
Basic Clinical Training
in Imago Relationship Therapy.
"Certified" means that a therapist has demonstrated
competence in Imago theory and practice to the satisfaction of
their Clinical Instructor.
IRI does not require Certified Imago Therapists to undertake
continuing clinical education, or to demonstrate ongoing competence
(by testing, supervision, etc.),
to maintain their certification,
but these activities are encouraged.

An Advanced Clinician is a
Certified Imago Therapist
who has completed advanced training in Imago Relationship Therapy.

A Workshop Presenter is a
Certified Imago Therapist
who has completed specialized and extensive training,
which qualifies them to conduct
IRI
sponsored Imago workshops for the public.

A Clinical Instructor is a faculty member of the
Imago International Institute.
They train therapists who wish to become
Certified Imago Therapists,
and conduct advanced training for
existing Certified Imago Therapists.

A Certified Imago Educator has completed
IRI’s
96 hours of
Basic Clinical Training
on the "educational track".
They can use Imago concepts only for educational purposes.
There is no requirement for a Certified Imago Educator
to be a counsellor or therapist.

A Trainee Imago Therapist is a qualified counsellor
or therapist who has completed
IRI’s
96 hours of
Basic Clinical Training,
and is on their way to becoming a
Certified Imago Therapist.

A Trainee Imago Educator has completed
IRI’s
96 hours of
Basic Clinical Training
on the "educational track",
and is on their way to becoming a
Certified Imago Educator.
Responses to therapy vary from one person to another.
Neither AIRTA nor any individual therapist can guarantee
any particular result from participating in
Imago Relationship Therapy,
or in an IRI sponsored workshop.
Before you engage a therapist or educator,
make sufficient inquiry to inform yourself about
their credentials, character, and skills,
and satisy yourself that the services they offer
are appropriate to your requirements.
